JD Edwards Application Distribution Consultant 

Position Type: Full Time/Con_Corp/Con_W2/
We are looking for a Sr. JDE Functional consultant with expertise in distribution Modules.  This position will require total commitment of 40+ hours per week with 90% travel requirement.
Job Description:
We are seeking a strong JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.0 Functional consultant with expertise in distribution and logistics modules. This position requires thorough knowledge of core distribution and logistics modules.  The consultant will work with JD Edwards team including, PMO, Applications leads, and developers in addition to client.  The consultant responsibility may include but not limited to the following: 
Conduct Requirements workshops
Define customer's detail requirements and use cases 
Assess and Design Business Processes 
Create and Define Functional Design Document 
Define test conditions and expected results for various test phases (System Test. Integrated, and UAT)
Participate design validation meetings to ensure customer's requirements are fulfilled
Develop application prototype and conduct CRP to validate configuration design and identify GAPs
Configure EnterpriseOne Distribution and logistics JD Edwards module
Work with developers to transition designs and ensure a complete and clear understanding
Ability to execute end user training
Provide project status to project management

7 - 9 years experience with implementation of JD Edwards version XE - 9.1
5 - 7 years implementing integrated solutions with EnterpriseOne Distribution
5 years of Consulting management experience 
Bachelor's Degree required
Ability to transform customer requirements into a workable design at a functional and technical level
Ability to travel 90% (Monday - Friday)
Ability to travel outside the US

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience with JDE E1 v9.1
• Experience with large project implementations

• Proven ability to work independently and as a team member 
• Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment 
• Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

Bachelor’s degree (business, Supply chain, or engineering related field recommended)
